SPOTLIGHT ON HUMAN RIGHTS & REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE

With Our Eyes We See; With Our Voices We Say 鈥淣o More鈥
Health Care Providers & Leaders Speak Out for
Minnesota Patients & Communities

At AMSA we believe reproductive health services are essential to comprehensive health care,聽and we support full access to the entire range of reproductive services. We believe legal, safe, voluntary abortions should be available to all who need them, regardless of how much they earn, who they work for, or what state they live in. Values articulated in the are the foundation and guidepost for our work.

What we鈥檝e seen, heard, and witnessed in Minneapolis over these last few days/weeks/months at the hands of ICE and DHS is anything but that! What we鈥檝e ALSO seen, heard, and witnessed is courage, strength, and deep caring for neighbors exhibited by thousands and thousands of Minneapolis residents. Physicians, residents, and medical students have been among those advocating for our rights not only as Americans, but also as human beings. Below we have gathered some of this week鈥檚 news with focus toward health care. We invite you to review and share links and resources here as feels right to you.
